Solutions provided:
Install up to 40’ lf of 1/4” barrier wall 24” deep around 3 sides of sunroom.
Remove current wood underpin as able (due to age and condition of underpin we are not responsible for any breakages and replacement may be additional cost). Sanitize area under deck as able. Install barrier to bottom of deck. Reinstall wood underpin.
