Remove current batt insulation as ableSanitize attic space as able
Air seal accessible top plates, gaps and ceiling penetrations 1″ or less with sprayfoam
Install new cellulose blown in insulation at recommended r-49 level.
Replace current attic fan.
Install 1 RVG on attic fan.
Install up to 90’ lf of critter guard in brown color on front and rear of home.
