Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had birds in their vents.
Solutions provided:
Clean out bird debris and sanitized dryer vent on left side of home. Installed a temp cover until final work is finished.
Install 2 standard white bird guards, 1 on right side of home and 1 under deck. Install 1/4 stainless steel on large vent under deck. Prior to installing dryer vent bird guard, a new hood vent cover will be ordered and installed on final day of completion.
Install 1/4 stainless steel around plastic PVC as indicated by technician. Crew will check to make sure all vents are clear if debris
