Solutions provided:
Install white sheet metal over two spots on the soffit line indicated by the technician. Install critter guard along the front and rear gutter lines to protect the sub roofing gaps. Includes cleaning out the leaves from the gutters. Install stainless steel screen on the ends of all ridge vents to prevent entry of squirrels. Caulk the exposed roof nails and seams on the ridge vents.
