Tim at Summit came to my house and did a thorough review of the way any pests could get in my house. He also diagnosed the problem - squirrels! Within 24 hours I had them trapped and removed. Also note that my house is 185 yrs old, so this was no easy task and required Tim to go into my crawl space which is very tight and creepy!
