Solutions provided:
Install ridge vent guards on left and right sides of ridge vent on the Apex on the roof to include in caps. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with grey metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Screen Circular liver vents on home, stainless cream to be used and high ladder set. Install one-way exit for squirrels to exit. Install two RBG’s over attic fans on rear roof. Remove old/soiled fiberglass insulation, various lumber to be trashed, and install R38 value blown-in cellulose to increase home energy performance.
