The customer had problems with squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Remove four damaged sections of shingles along the ridge vent and install metal underneath. Install new shingles to match as best as possible. (GAF grey cap shingle). Install a full coverage ridge guard over both ridge vents on top of the roof to prevent entry of animals into attic space. Sterifab attic space to disinfect.
