The customer had problems with raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Application of evection fluid in attic for raccoons to help evict raccoons. Box off for dormer pockets on Home at roofline, two on rear and two on front. Removal of bad at insulation in attic to include raccoon droppings, disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Odor treatment to be conducted in Natick. Seam tape any holes in soft flex duct HVAC lines. Install 24 on center or 38 batted insulation.
