The customer had chipmunks in their ground spouts.
Solutions provided:
Seal 2 active holes at rear gable. 1 at peak adjacent to chimney, and 1 to left at bottom of gable/soffit. Very high steep roof. requires a 40′ and 60′ ladder and 3 man team. install 1 way exit, seal holes with cream colored , heavy duty trim coils, screws and caulk. return within 1 week to remove the 1 way exit and seal the final hole and reinforce area.
