The customer had birds in a vent in their home.
Solutions provided:
Remove bird nesting and birds from left lower two shutters and left upper two shutters to include nesting, disinfect to kill any bird lice or bird mites. Seal around shutters with black Polyurethane sealant, open upper top gable soffit behind décor on peak of roof above garage and remove starlings and nesting ,disinfect and reinstall soffit And seal to soffit point with almond color metal and screws so starlings cannot open soffit again.
