The raccoon had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation to include raccoon fecal matter, stare fab treat attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. After insulation is removed conduct another inspection for any further damage and notify owner if found then blow in R38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Cut the section of ceiling out that is heavily soiled from raccoon droppings and urine, replace drywall section and tape mud and sand to prep for paint only.
