Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had a raccoon in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Box off three soffit pockets on rear of home one on right side and two on the left right before the two homes conjoin using white metal to prevent further entry by raccoons, re-install soffit on right side gable that raccoon to pull down. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal Around home to prevent raccoons or any other rodents from entering attic. Install one-way exit for the raccoon to exit. Removal of insulation and main attic to include any contaminated substances from raccoons, after removal of insulation attic to be disinfected for any bacteria, fleas, or parasites. Check all HVAC flex ducts in seam tape any holes found. Check all electrical wiring for any chew wires or further damage, blow in our 38 cellulose insulation per current standard. The disinfect treatment is being done at no cost to client and anything tape to HVAC lines is being done at no cost to client. Insulation cleanup and removal being done per clients request.
