The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install ridge guard along ridge vent on both roof (main and garage) to prevent bats from entering attic space. On the backside of the home on the left side of the chimney there is a gap. Install a bat one way for a period of time and remove. Install hinge metal and white caulk to seal up the hole. Install one bird guard over the bathroom vent. Disinfect with Steri Fab. Install a second bird guard on the rear bathroom exhaust vent. Remove the section of batted insulation and bat guano in attic space indicated by the technician. Remove bird nesting as best as possible. Sterifab entire attic space to treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install covers over 7 sewage exhaust pipes.
