The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless less steel screen on three louvre vents. Front louvre vent will need to be re secured from the inside before screen installation. Install white metal (box out) on two eaves on front and rear of home. Fascia board, indicated by technician, near rear eave will be replaced. Gutter and gutter guard will be removed and re installed after work is finished.
