Solutions provided:
Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with almond color metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Install a RVG over attic fan on the rear roof. Remove insulation from main attic to include squirrel and rodent droppings, check or HVAC flex duct work in seam tape holes. Checked all electrical lines for any chewing damage and blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard after attic is treated and clean.
