The customer had rodents and squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Removal of insulation from attic to include rodent and squirrel droppings, remove walk boards and attic to access insulation underneath. After removal of insulation in attic, disinfect to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Deodorize treatment of attic for dead smell. 38 cellulose insulation to current standard and reapply walk boards and attic.
