Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Reinstall existing masonry metal cap on left side of home. Seal along bottom edge on both sides to prevent entry of bats. Install musket brown metal along rake board on right side of home and seal gap between rake and brick. Seal under soffit gaps on right side of home to prevent bats from entering attic space. Install one RVG (roof vent guard) on one attic fan on backside of home. Seal up gaps at soffit corners (8) on front and rear of home. One way for bats will be installed for a period of time and removed once insulation work begins.
