Why did the customer contact us?

The customer had bats in their attic.

Solutions provided:

Due to a possible female colony, work can not begin until the middle of October or November  to give ample time for possible baby bats to leave the nest. First part of the job the tech will need to be on site to help with the removal of the bats. Remove all metal on rake boards on main home and replace with new white metal that is flush with the brick. White caulk will be used it seal along bottom edges. On left side of home, remove the bats guano as best as possible and disinfect area with Sterifab. Most guano is located behind the metal rake board. Seal under fascia board on front and rear of home. Seal under corners of soffit line to prevent entry of bats over sunroom. Fix the flashing on the chimney on front left side of home. Check the dormer window pockets and if any gaps at pockets seal with clear caulk.
