Solutions provided:
Install critter guard on front and back of roof line behind gutters to prevent further chewing and entering into attic by squirrels, client has chosen a color natural linen. While installing new critter guard clean gutters of debris on front and back of home. Replace rake boards and wrap with metal left and right side of home. Color to be natural linen and approved by client. Remove insulation from attic to include nesting and droppings from squirrels, disinfect the attic and be back to your eyes for any parasites, or fleas to include odor treatment. Blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard 600 sq ft.
