The customer had raccoons in their attic that caused damage to the insulation.
Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible blown in insulation and fecal matter in attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit line and around storage area. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches) except for storage area.
