The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in/batted insulation in the main attic space. Include removing bat guano and sterifab to disinfect. Install baffles at soffit line for proper ventilation. Install baffles around entry point and weather stripping for better energy efficiency. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Air seal with spray foam insulation, any crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency.
