The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Install one metal bird guard over front bathroom fan. Install cream colored metal to match the home as best as possible on five eaves on the front of the home to prevent entry of squirrels into attic space. Install metal on inverted front left gutter to seal up entry point. Replace section of two HVAC lines with new insulate duct work indicated by technician. Spot clean front part of attic space as best as possible. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria.
