Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation in droppings from the wall attic to include install of installation of the garage and back into new attic of bedroom upstairs. Change order amount will be added to invoice I’ll remaining balance. Box off soffit pockets on roofline to prevent squirrels and raccoons from entering attic. Screen gable vents on front of home to prevent entry into attic by animals, install guard over rear open exhaust vent where birds are coming and going. Install white critter guard around homes roofline behind gutters to prevent wildlife and rodents from entering attic. Remove contaminated insulation to include rodent droppings, squirrel droppings, and raccoon droppings in attic. Disinfect to kill any Bacteria, parasites, or fleas or viruses. Deodorize attic to contain and illuminate urine smell and install insulation back to r 38 value
