Solutions provided:
Removal of original cellulose insulation and blown in fiberglass which has been installed over top and two attic’s which are located within main attic and hallway, removal of mice droppings and disinfect both attics to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard-R11. Install R11 foam board to crawlspace walls that currently do not have insulation, seam tape all foam board on crawlspace walls including pre-existing. Install a designated outlet for electrical inside crawlspace for dehumidifier, install a Santa Fe subcompact humidifier with dehumidistat and condensate runoff line to be run through exterior foundation vent for proper water shed. Install white critter guard on rear of home at portico roof, rest of home roof has drip edge. Screen five gable vents around exterior of home. Screen foundation vents to crawlspace and plate on the inside in order to air seal for proper crawlspace and capsulation, spray foam rim joist at top of foundation wall inside crawl space.
