The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Replace rake board on front of home at upper gable with color to best match PVC one by four board it appears, replace Rake board for left-hand side of home which is a 40 foot ladder set with PVC composite color to best match which is close to almond to seal at brick and prevent birds from re-entering. Seal at return and facia that meat soffit on rear upper right section of home at gap. Repair upper left corner where squirrels have entered at return and cover with metal to prevent chewing. Install critter guard on front and rear of home behind gutter line with almond color metal and reinforce with screws to prevent entry into attic by squirrels. Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof for preventative measures to prevent squirrels from entering attic.
