The customer had a bird in a vent.
Solutions provided:
Remove nesting materials, disinfect area, and repair and firmly reattach soffit at apex of louver vent. Install heavy gauge stainless steel mesh screen over louver vent to prevent future bird (or other animal) entry. Also add stainless steel screen to kitchen fan vent to prevent future nesting attempts there. And screen off louver vent on opposite side and reattach rake board white metal with section owner has. Reattach small bit of soffit on left side as well.
