Solutions provided:
Remove a section of insulation and nesting in rear right corner of the attic space indicated by the technician. Sterifab area to disinfect. Set off a deodorizing spray in the bathroom exhaust fan and the attic space. Air seal the vents. Blow in new cellulose insulation into area that was removed to R49 (14 inches) Remove the remainder of the hard duct line from the bathroom exhaust fan and install a 4 inch insulated flex line from the bathroom fan to the outside exhaust vent. Install one bird guard over the bathroom exhaust vent to prevent further entry.
