Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had birds nesting in their vent.
Solutions provided:
Remove wrapping of framing, at front façade below front soffit, extract all nesting materials, replace any rotted wood, disinfect the area, reframe and wrap with matching color metal, sealing this tightly to brick surfaces. This will be done on both sides of the home, to prevent bird or squirrel entry on either side. We will also caulk to seal any gaps.
