Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had birds in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Reinforced critter guard which color is white to be secured with screws behind the gutter line to prevent birds from entering into the attic, repair damaged wood at front right corner of home which is the return and seal underneath with sealant to close the gap
Screen gable vent on the right side of home to prevent birds from entering back into attic.
Roof repair to install ridge guard one left and right hand side to include capping ends on top of roof to close gaps and prevent birds from entering entering.
Remove nesting and dead birds throughout attic to include any live birds, remove walk boards from attic and clean up insulation. Disinfect attic to kill any bird lice or bird mites, blow and R 38 cellulose insulation to current standard and reinstall walk boards.
Attempt to remove approximately 11 birds flying in an attic while on job if client goes with all work, work will be performed and start it today to remove birds. Or client declines work, $1600 to remove birds and disinfect attic.
