Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Seal underneath of rake board on left side of home to include left and right sides of chimney to prevent that from entering on the rake boards and gaining access into the attic.
Replace damaged bring more on the right hand side of home that has water damage and wrap with white metal to include ceiling underneath to prevent that from entering into attic.
After seal out of home install one-way exit for bats to allow bats to be removed from home in a safe manner due to bats being federally protected.
Install white reinforced critter guard on front and rear of home behind gutter line with white metal to prevent bats from entering into attic.
