The customer had animals in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Reinforce drip edge around homes gutter line on front and back of home to include lower and upper sections with white screws. Wrap corners at hip roof that are exposed. Screen around to 110 vents on the roof on backside of home, Left and right ends to ridge vent on top of roof which is a total of six. Box off soffit pocket at roofline on right front side of home at upper gable which has a 3 inch gap all the way across by using white metal to prevent entry into attic.
