The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Screen to left and right gable vents from exterior to prevent squirrels from chewing and entering the attic. Install RVG over attic fan on the roof to prevent squirrel from entering. Seal gaps under rake boards on left upper roof and right upper roof. Right upper roof will require a 40 foot ladder set and left roof will be a ladder one to a roof and then ladder from roof to upper roof.
