The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Due to the cap flashing along the peak of the brick starting to lift along different areas, summit will need to re secure all of it to prevent the bats from entering into the gaps. Using masonry screws, summit will secure metal flashing to close off all the gaps to prevent entry of bats. A clear caulk will be used to further prevent the bats from entering.
