The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen roof vent guard over attic fan to prevent animal entry.
Remove raccoon feces and fiberglass batts at three locations, sterilize these areas and add new batts. Repair two bathroom vents, one nap must be reattached with screws and duct tape, the other must be screwed and taped at a spit open section
