Remove all batted insulation in attic and sanitize any areas that show signs rodent activity. Replace with 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of49. Remove all batted insulation around sill plate in unfinished basement, sterilize any areas that show signs of rodent activity. Replace with batted insulation.
