Solutions provided:
Install 28 ft of animal barrier under deck, attach 1/4 stainless steel wire to deck and bury 18 inches with concrete at bottom to prevent any other wildlife from living under deck. Install hatch over crawl space 16/24 inches. Remove all batted insulation and old plastic from crawl space. Close off all old crawl space vents. Install dimple shield and 16 ml liner on floor of crawl space (176 sq ft) Attach 2 inch bora foam R-11 insulation on walls (88 sq ft) Spray 2 inches of spray foam insulation on all sill joists and cracks. Install WiseAir 60 dehumidifier and inducer. Install condensate pump
