Solutions provided:
Remove old batted and blown fiberglass insulation and animal nesting, feces. Sterifab entire attic space’s to disinfect. Install baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam insulation. Check the wires for any damage.
Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches) and r-38 batted to attic space.
Screen off gables from exterior 32′
Seal small gap area where roof meets frame of home with white metal.
