Customer had wasps in the vent
Solutions provided:
Demo existing system along rear wall only.
Install GrateDrain system along rear wall only with full Heavy Duty Finish Shield on all walls from floor to ceiling.
Includes demo of left rear walls to check for any structural issues and install HDFS.
Install new FastSump with liner, check valve and high water alarm.
Exterior discharge line is clogged with sediment and debris. Run new line out to drain box for new downspout discharge.
Radon port will be installed. Customer may have radon removal system installed when work is complete.
Inspect left rear and side wall in left rear room for any structural issues. If any are found recommend installation of mechanical wall braces to stabilize CMU wall.
Install SantaFe Compact dehumidifier in laundry room with duct kit and hanger kit, into passive grille in hallway wall. Direct condensate down to floor drain.
