Customer had a raccoon in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all shingles and underlayment. Replace any rotted wood. Install all new synthetic underlayment, all new rain/ice shield, new drip edge and flashing, new roof boots, new shingled roof vent and new HD architectural shingles in color selected by owner. Black Walnut shingles.
Remove all insulation and sanitize the entire attic. We use a fungus killing, mildew killing, bacteria and virus killing agents. Install baffles to keep insulation in the proper place. Install zipper closure cover over attic ladder hatch. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to a depth of 14 inches. R49
Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen over louver vents. Replace one damaged louver vent.
