Customer had a bat in the house.
Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in insulation from attic. Sterilize attic with fogger using multi-quat sterilizer. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Add new cardboard baffles to attic entrance and around rafters. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49 which is the new Va standard. Batted R-38 insulation will be installed on existing attic door.
