The customer had an animal under their porch.
Solutions provided:
On the rear porch dig down around the inside perimeter of the porch up to 12 inches in depth. Install a half inch stainless steel screen and use cement at the bottom to secure. Use screws on the top part of the screen to secure. Backfill the existing dirt over the cement. Set a 2×4 at the entrance/door to the underneath of the porch. Secure the screen to the 2×4 to complete the animal barrier wall. Door will still be able to open and close after work is finished.
