The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install white sheet metal on 6 eaves and 2 soffit spots indicated by the technician.
On the front part of the attic, spot clean the squirrel feces and remove the squirrel nesting. Steirfab the area to disinfect and use a deodorizing spray. Install additional insulation into the the area the squirrels packed down.
