The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen friction fitted behind shutters around the home that have bigger gaps. Screen will only be seen if looking at the gutters from the sides. On gutters that are tighter to the brick, use a clear caulk to seal up gaps.
Shutters on the main home and front and rear of garage will be sealed.
Bat guano behind the shutters will be removed as best as possible and area disinfected with Sterifab.
