The customer had squirrels in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Seal out soffit at chimney aprons (both sides) to prevent future entry. Clean up squirrel droppings on soffit in attic and disinfect area. Install squirrel/bird guards on three vents, two dryer vents and one bath vent. Install bird screen of stainless steel on large fan vent, rear of home. Re insulate and cover ripped 16” dia. flex vent, approx. 15 feet.
