The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all old batted insulation and boards from attic. Heavily sterilize attic due to wildlife activity. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R- value of 49. Customer may choose to have 3/4 inch 4×8 plywood. Apply sheet metal to areas on fascia as indicated by technician.
Remove any old boards around entry point and install (4) 3/4 inch sheets of plywood for storage use.
