The customer had squirrels in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove batted insulation in “attic 1”. Sanitize area to remove squirrel droppings and urine. Perform an air seal. Install new blown in insulation to recommended r-49 (approx 12-13”).
On rear of home where new activity: Place 1 “one way” on chew out by chimney. Cover with white sheet metal when done. Custom build 2 box outs in area indicated by tech. White sheet metal.
