Customer had raccoons in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Using metal, box off front and rear eaves of second story roof where it joins lower roof. Using heavy gauge stainless steel screen seal off soffit on both sides of sunroom.
Cut new hatch entry into attic space above sun room. Remove all insulation, clean and sanitize the entire space, using a bacteria, virus and insect killing agent. Install attic hatch and framing. Weatherstrip and insulate attic hatch. Install baffles to keep insulation in the proper place. Install new insulation to reach R 49 rating.
