Customer had birds in vents.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen on four larger vents on the home. Two located on the right side and two located on the left side. Remove bird guard on the left side and replace with a new bird guard designed for dryer vents.
Three of the four vents have bird activity. Remove the accessible nesting as best as possible and use Sterifab to disinfect.
If the bathroom flex lines are impacted and damaged by the birds, the lines will need to be replaced.
