Solutions provided:
Install one bird one way over primary hole. Leave for up to 7days.Remove any nesting/chicks as able. Sanitize area using almond sheet metal cover holes insulation.
Remove current BATT insulation.Sanitize area as able air seal accessible top plates, gaps and ceiling penetrations 1″ or less with sprayfoam
Use sheet metal to cover any small holes not visible due to insulation.
Install new cellulose insulation at recommended r-49 level. Rescreen gable vents.
