Customer had raccoon in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Install sheet metal (box out) on front five eaves of the home. Metal color to match home as best as possible.Re secure two returns/Rake board corners with screws to prevent further entry of animals.
Spot clean the main accessible attic space. Use Sterifab to disinfect.
Remove sections of the drywall between the two dormer windows. Removing the insulation that the raccoon defecated on. Sterifab the area and install new R38 batted insulation in the area. New drywall will be put back into the place to cover the areas of entry.
